1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ResourceCentral, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our utilities.

2. Free Tools — Use License

ResourceCentral's free tools (Log Sanitizer, JSON Diff, JWT Decoder, SQL Formatter, Python Cleaner) are provided for both personal and commercial use.

Personal & Commercial Use: You may use free tools for personal and professional developer tasks at no cost.
No Reverse Engineering: You may not extract our proprietary logic to create a competing service.
Offline Tools: Standalone utilities are provided "as-is" for your convenience and security.

3. Pro License (Bates Stamper)

The Bates Stamper Pro tier is available via a paid license key. By purchasing a Pro license, you agree to the following additional terms:

Single User: Each license key is issued for use by a single individual or entity unless otherwise specified.
Non-Transferable: License keys may not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.
Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke a license key if it is found to be in use by multiple parties or used in violation of these terms.
Expiry: License keys may carry an expiry date. Expired keys will cease to unlock Pro features; they do not affect access to the free tier.
Refunds: Refund requests should be directed to support@resourcecentral.online within 14 days of purchase.

Data note: License verification sends only your key string to our server. Your PDF documents are never uploaded — Pro features remain 100% client-side.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Notice:

All tools are provided "as is" without warranties. While we make every effort to ensure accurate redaction and formatting, we are not responsible for data loss, security breaches, or production errors resulting from use of our tools. Always verify output before using in a production environment.

5. Data Responsibility

Because ResourceCentral's free tools are zero-backend:

You are solely responsible for the sensitivity of data you input into the tools.
You are responsible for verifying sanitized output before sharing it externally.
We cannot recover or delete data you have processed, as we never possessed it.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated Effective Date.
