2. Use License & Intellectual Property
ResourceCentral provides tools for processing data strictly within your browser.
- Personal/Commercial Use: You may use these tools for both personal and professional developer tasks.
- No Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to extract our proprietary logic for the purpose of creating a competing service.
- Offline Tools: Our standalone utilities are provided "as-is" for your convenience and security.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
Notice to Developers:
The tools on ResourceCentral are provided "as is" without any warranties. While we make every effort to ensure accurate data redaction and formatting, we are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches on your end, or production errors resulting from the use of our tools.
4. Data Responsibility
Because ResourceCentral is a Zero-Backend platform, we do not store or see your data. Therefore:
- You are solely responsible for the sensitivity of the data you input into the tools.
- You are responsible for verifying the output before using it in a production environment.
- We cannot "recover" or "delete" data you have processed, as we never possessed it in the first place.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
