ResourceCentral was built on a simple principle: What we don't receive, we can't lose. Unlike traditional developer tools, our utilities are executed entirely within your web browser's local memory (client-side).
2. Feedback & Rating System
We provide a star-rating and feedback widget in our footer to help us improve. To maintain our zero-backend architecture, this system operates as follows:
- No Database Storage: Your ratings and comments are not stored on our web server.
- User-Controlled Submission: When you submit feedback, the site triggers a
mailto:link which opens your local email client. - Transparency: You can review the content of the feedback email before clicking "Send." By sending the email, you are providing that data to us at support@resourcecentral.online.
3. Server Logs & Analytics
To ensure the stability and security of our infrastructure, our hosting provider (Hostinger) may collect standard web server logs (such as IP addresses and browser types). These logs:
- Are used exclusively for traffic analysis and DDoS protection.
- Never contain the data you input into our tools.
- Are automatically purged according to standard industry retention policies.
4. Cookies
ResourceCentral does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We may use local storage purely to remember your preferences (such as Dark Mode settings), which remains on your device.
