1. Our "Zero-Data" Commitment

ResourceCentral was built on a simple principle: What we don't receive, we can't lose. Our free utilities run entirely within your web browser's local memory (client-side).

Technical Guarantee: Your sensitive logs, API keys, SQL queries, JWT tokens and PII are processed in your browser's RAM and never transmitted to our servers. Verify this yourself — see our Verification Guide.

2. Pro License & Purchase Data

ResourceCentral offers a Pro tier for the Bates Stamper tool. This is the only part of our platform that uses a backend database.

What we store: License keys, activation status, and expiry dates only. We never store your documents, queries, or any tool input.
Verification requests: When you enter a license key, your browser sends only the key string to our verification endpoint. No document data is ever included.
Rate limiting: IP addresses are logged for rate limiting only (to prevent brute-force key guessing), not for tracking or analytics.
Payments: We do not handle payment card data directly. Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider under their own privacy policy.

3. Feedback System

Our footer feedback widget works as follows:

No Database Storage: Ratings and comments are not stored on our servers.
User-Controlled: Submitting feedback opens your local email client via a mailto: link.
Transparent: You review the email before sending. By sending it, you share that data with us at support@resourcecentral.online.

4. Server Logs & Analytics

Our hosting provider (Hostinger) collects standard server logs (IP addresses, browser types, pages visited). These:

Are used for traffic analysis and DDoS protection only.
Never contain data you input into our tools.
Are purged automatically per standard retention policies.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Cookies

ResourceCentral displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. This section explains exactly how advertising interacts — and critically does not interact — with your data.

Google AdSense uses cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings.
Third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet.
What advertising cannot access: Ad scripts are completely isolated from our tool processing layer. They cannot read, access or transmit any data you input into our tools. Your logs, PDFs, SQL queries, JWT tokens and source code are processed solely in your browser's RAM — advertising has zero access to this data.
Cookie consent: By continuing to use this site, you consent to the use of cookies by Google for advertising purposes as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

Key distinction: Advertising cookies track browsing behaviour for ad targeting only. They operate in a completely separate layer from our client-side tools. Documents, API keys, queries and code you process in our tools never leave your browser — advertising scripts have no access to this data whatsoever.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use first-party tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage to save your preferences (e.g. Dark Mode) — this stays on your device only. Third-party advertising cookies are used by Google AdSense as described in Section 5 below.
